Your right to opt out

Our business connects people who request insurance quotes with licensed insurance agents. That means when you submit a quote form, your information is shared with (and may be considered "sold" to, as some state laws define it) a licensed insurance agent so they can contact you about the coverage you requested.

Residents of California and certain other states have the right to tell us not to sell or share their personal information. We honor these requests from anyone, in any state.

How to opt out

• Email blacklabelleads@gmail.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Info" and the name, phone number, and email you used on our forms; or
• Reply STOP to any text message from us or our partner agents; or
• Tell any agent who calls that you revoke consent and wish to opt out.

We will suppress your information from future sharing within [TIMEFRAME — attorney to set] and confirm by email. If your information was already delivered to an agent before your request, we will instruct that agent to cease contact.
